To apply to study at Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat University, the qualifications required are a high school diploma or equivalent for undergraduate level and a Bachelors degree for graduate level. Both levels of studies
are required to pass entrance examinations assigned during the third semester.
Non - residents with student visas are allowed to enroll for both undergraduate and graduate study.

The International English Program was established in 2000 to meet the demand for qualified personnel fluent in foreign languages.
In this program, students major in English and minor in Chinese. They are allowed to choose Japanese or French as an elective courses. All courses, except minor and elective course, are taught completely in English.
In addition, the students are required to perform a minimum of 450 hours on the job training. The first semester begins in June. The admission period is from February to March.
After four years of study, successful students obtain a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
The graduates of the Program are well equipped to further their studies whether in arts, or other fields which require a strong command of English.
